Quick and tasty. This menu is so easy to make. It is perfect for lunch at home, or for pack-up or picnic when you are out and about. The ingredients. 220g bacon, cut into 1cm pieces. Add mushrooms garlic, season well and continue to cook, 4-5 minutes then set aside. Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas 5. Spoon bacon mixture into flan dish. Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, parsley and cheddar cheese in bowl and spoon over bacon mixture. Top with tomato halves and bake at 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas 5 for 15-20 minutes until just set.
